The owners of this home had already pretty much moved out to live with the in-laws due to relocation of the work. So, they were motivated to get moving and find a buyer for their first home. This property was marketed with another agent for 8 weeks and the sellers wanted to engage with the Avocado style marketing and whilst the property was still on with the other agent and myself.
