In the heart of Mayfair, London, a night of anticipation and excitement unfolded at the 15th annual Negotiator Awards on the 25th of November. For Avocado Property and its founders, Ian Macbeth and Mike Robson, it was an evening that will forever be etched in their memories.

Mayfair, London - It was a night to remember for the team at Avocado Property. At the prestigious Negotiator Awards, held on the 25th of November, we were thrilled to be named the 'Best New Model Estate Agency in the UK'. 

The event, hosted by the wonderfully talented Hal Cruttenden and BAFTA winner Ronni Ancona, was not just an evening of accolades but also a celebration of the property industry's finest. For 15 years, the Negotiator Awards have been a benchmark of excellence, known for their integrity and transparency. 

Having been shortlisted for both 'Best Estate Agency Website in the UK' and 'Best New Model Estate Agency in the UK', avocado founders, Ian Macbeth and Mike Robson, attended the event with high hopes. And the night did not disappoint!

In a category brimming with talent, where 13 of the country’s top self-employed model agencies were shortlisted, Avocado Property stood out.  Announced as the winners in a room buzzing with over a thousand industry professionals – a milestone moment for Avocado Property and their team.

The accolades didn't stop there. Avocado also took home the bronze for 'Best Estate Agency Website in the UK'. Achieving this in just three years of operation, amidst a competitive field of over 24,000 agents, is something to be incredibly proud of.
