Dan & Neil: Want us to sell your house for free?

Dan & Neil: Want us to sell your house for free?

This year we have decided to offer our estate agency services for FREE to a local family who are looking to move next year.
We will do this at no charge and will take on the costs ourselves.

Why are we doing this?

Well, being local lads, we have grown up in Shinfield and this is where we started our own business. The community we love and serve have supported us so much over the years and we're always looking for ways to give back.

The lights and magic of the Maybank Christmas lights caught our eye over two years ago and we have been involved in helping promote and sponsor the lights ever since. And to try and match the passion and love of this small community we would like to offer our services to a local family looking to move next year. In return, the chosen seller can pay what they feel our services are worth and we will DONATE the whole amount to one of the Maybank charities.

The Maybank charities are:

Macmillan Cancer Support

At Macmillan, we will move mountains to help people with cancer live life as fully as they can. We’re doing whatever it takes. But without your help we can’t support everyone who needs us.

NSPCC

We’re the only charity fighting to end child abuse in the UK and Channel Islands. That’s why we help children who’ve been abused to rebuild their lives, we protect children at risk, and we find the best ways of preventing child abuse from ever happening.

To enter this competition and win the chance for us to sell your property for FREE:

  • You must live and have a property to sell in the following postcodes; RG2, RG41, RG7
  • You must be planning to move in the first quarter of 2023 (January, February and March)

There are 1,893 households in Waverley, aged between their early 50s and mid-60s, renting privately, not owning the Waverley homes they live in. They're heading towards retirement age with no bricks and mortar, and the implications for them, their families, and Cranleigh's social and economic infrastructure are vast.

Tadley's private rental market has experienced a significant growth in rents. The average monthly rent has increased from £970 in 2020 to £1,692 in 2025, representing a 74% rise.

How do you beat those odds? When most people decide to put their Warfield home on the market, they assume one thing. That it will sell.

At first glance, that number stands out. More homes. More choice. But that's only half the story. Although the number of properties for sale locally has doubled since 2022, the number of homes selling has also increased.
