- They should have given you clear reasoning behind the price, not just “the one down the road sold for this.”
Most importantly?
They should have left you thinking:
“Wow, they really know what they’re doing.”
Because if they didn’t blow you away at the valuation… what are the chances their negotiation and marketing skills will?

👉 Are they marketing other homes like yours with care… or just chucking them on the portals?
You can tell a lot about an agent by how they treat other people’s homes, not just how they talk about yours.
