How to make sure your home is viewing ready, while still having a life!

How to make sure your home is viewing ready, while still having a life!

We’ve been selling homes for families in Binfield & Warfield for long enough to know you have enough to juggle - with work, kids schools and clubs, walking the dog… The list goes on.

Now you want to upsize, you have to add having the house viewing ready to that ever growing list.

There is no denying that a well presented house will help you find a buyer quicker and a better price but that doesn’t mean you have to ship the kids and the dog to the grandparents to help keep the house ‘viewing ready’ at all times.

As part of our marketing plan we will sit down and agree with you the best times to conduct viewings and we will agree ‘viewing days’ which simply put are days that you know the house can be best presented for us to conduct viewings. We will still let you know how many people we have booked in and for how long but this way it gives you something to aim for and can still go about family life around that, knowing we are aiming for specific pre-agreed dates.

We are the business owners and aren’t limited by office hours and can offer flexibility to help take the pressure off you and your family.
if you’d like that viewing day to be Sunday between 11am-3pm? No problems, we’ll be there.
Monday suits you between 6pm - 8pm? Let's do it!

If you are considering a move in Binfield or Warfield or would just like some advice with no hidden agenda, feel free to get in touch, we’d love to help.

Warfield’s 2–3 bed price gap has widened sharply since 2006, but moving up isn’t as unaffordable. Lower mortgage rates, higher equity, and incomes mean real monthly costs have risen less than headlines suggest making some moves more achievable than assumed.

In early 2023, property forecasters predicted a significant UK housing downturn over the next two years, citing rising interest rates following Liz Truss's departure. Halifax expected an 8% drop, Savills predicted a 10% drop, and Nomura Bank forecast up to a 15% drop.

What would you hate to regret later when moving, and how can you stop that from happening now?

Let’s call it what it is: being on the market with no real progress is frustrating.
