We moved into this house 5 years ago and have loved being here, itโ€™s where we started building our family. The Wescott Road location is amazing, itโ€™s a quiet residential street but we are literally 3 minutes walk from central Wokingham and all the shops, pubs and restaurants. It also has easy to access the A329 and M4 as well as Wokingham train station!

We have really made the house our own and updated everything, from new windows, a new kitchen and family bathroom to redecorating each room whilst keeping some of its lovely period features. The house gets a lot of natural light.

The garden is a good size, and South East facing so it benefits from sun most of the day.

We also love being able to walk 10 minutes to the South of Wokingham and suddenly feel like we are in the middle of the countryside.

Having so much on our doorstep, including recently redeveloped King George V park, has been perfect for raising a young family.

A beautiful blend of period charm with modern components, this is a fantastic property just a short walk away from Wokingham town centre. Two large receptions rooms to the front of the property offer various use cases and the kitchen/diner at the back of the property is modern with ample dining space along with a utility and toilet to the side. We love the floorplan in this property! The first floor has three double bedrooms, 2 wash rooms, and a 4th room above in the converted loft space. There's LOADS of eaves storages for those suitcases and Christmas decorations and the well proportioned rear garden is south east facing. Come and take a look for yourself you wont be disappointed!

Wescott Junior school is literally next door and St Crispins secondary is only .3 of a mile away. The A329M junction is a 5 minute drive away offering easy connectivity to the M4 corridor.
