πŸ₯‘πŸ  October Property of the Month 🏠πŸ₯‘

Sellers Views - We have been privileged to live in this fabulous house for 26 years and during that time we have renovated it from top to bottom, run a business from home and also accommodated our parents in a granny annexe. This is a beautiful, happy home which is perfect for a growing family. We are reluctant to leave but as our family have now left home, it is time for a new family to make their own memories here. The location is superb and you’ll find everything you need right on your doorstep. Schools, Tilehurst Village, Country Walks and Pubs, River Thames, Reading Town Centre and Reading Train Station offers easy access to London, airports and beyond.

Area Views – Superbly located on the corner where Halls Road meets The Meadway, you are only a short walk to Tilehurst village centre with its local shops and cafes. There are plenty of well regarded primary schools in the area, including Springfield, Birch Copse, Moorlands, Park Lane and St. Pauls, with Little Heath, Denefield, & Theale Green secondary schools close by. The are many private schools in the nearby locality too. The transport links are excellent, with easy access to Junction 12 of the M4, Tilehurst train station around 5 minute drive as well as fantastic bus routes providing great access to central Reading.

Lauren and Ryan’s Views – What more could you possibly want from a family home. The space on offer here is incredible, the expensive yet flexible accommodation ticks every single box in our opinion. Some of the stand out highlights for us, are the amazing cinema room that could serve a multitude of purposes and the master bedroom suite occupying the whole of the top floor. However, the garden is something to be admired, and it seems to be endless. Firstly, the perfect entertaining space on the patio area works extremely well, and then onto the lawn with its mature tree surrounding providing plenty of privacy. Seeing is believing with this property, and it’s a must see to really gauge the full size on offer
