We went back to school...

Buying a house is something that most of us will do in our lifetime, but it isn't taught in school what the process of actually getting your foot on the property ladder entails. So that is why Avocado Ian leapt on the chance to go back to school and spend some time teaching Year 12 students all about property.

Covering some of the basics, sharing a few tips and also doing a mini Q&A. The video is well worth a watch.

Ian has already been asked back next year and is happy to do the same in any other local schools too...
