"We have loved living in our home for more than the past five years. In our opinion, Hall Garden is the best location within Binfield village. You have everything you could possibly need right on your doorstep; within walking distance there are convenience stores, doctors, pharmacy, library, pubs, take always, parks, cafes, primary and secondary schools to name but a few! All this yet, we are tucked away in a beautiful, small estate which is set back from the road and with no through traffic. Hall Garden is such a quiet, peaceful community with great neighbours who look out for each other, celebrate together and take pride in their homes. Best of all, itβs been such a safe environment for our children to grow; often they play outside and are able to walk to the local primary and secondary school. Our 11 year old regularly has friends knock for him and plays at the surrounding parks.
The house itself is full of character and charm. We love how it feels like a modern day cottage whilst offering spacious rooms and a good sized garden. The double garage has been a blessing for storage and the triple parking aspect means we arenβt troubled by lack of spaces often associated with new builds. We have a large loft which has approved planning for conversion. We know this will make a beautiful home to the next owners and we will be very sad to leave!"

Hall Gardens was built in 2018 by Spitfire Homes and is located just off Knox Green in the heart of Binfield Village.
Binfield Village is well known for its welcoming community feel and is home to a number of lovely local pubs including The Victoria Arms and The Stag & Hounds, both dog friendly and just a short stroll away. There are quite literally hundreds of acres of open green space and woodland to explore on the doorstep, and the larger town of Bracknell is just over a mile away.
For anyone needing to commute the mainline train station at Bracknell has direct links to Reading and Waterloo, while the Elizabeth Line Crossrail station is a short drive away in the neighbouring village of Twyford.

Having both worked in the "Land & New Homes" sector for many years locally, we often have the pleasure of seeing homes locally from when they were built from the ground up. What's lovely about these homes is the character that has been retained - the Grade II listed wall created some lovely vistas as you drive round the development and runs along the back edge of the garden.
Spitfire Homes do a lovely specification on their builds and it's testament to that that the house doesn't feel a day older than when it was built 5 years ago.
