We’re excited to share that avocado property has been nominated for three awards at this year’s Negotiator Awards. Following our 2023 success, where we won Best National New Model Estate Agency and were runners-up for National Estate Agency Website of the Year, being recognised again is an honour.
2023 Success and 2024 Nominations
Winning Best National New Model Estate Agency last year highlighted our fresh approach to estate agency. Additionally, our runner-up position for National Estate Agency Website of the Year showcased our focus on providing a seamless digital experience for our clients.
For 2024, we’ve been nominated in these categories:
Community Champion of the Year – acknowledging our commitment to giving back to the communities we serve.
Regional Agency of the Year (South East) – celebrating the achievements of Dan and Neil, who work in Shinfield, Arborfield, Winnersh, and Lower Earley.
These nominations are judged by 30 industry experts, ensuring the recognition is well-earned.
