I have loved living in this house and putting all our love and attention to make this a beautiful home to raise our children, also having great neighbours surrounding us has been a massive bonus meaning we not only fell in love with our home but also the community around us.
Our open plan downstairs area has been perfect for hosting friends and family and we love opening up the Bifold doors on a sunny day to have the extended space of the garden for the children to be able to play and to sit out in the sunny evenings.
Th first thing that attracted us to this property is the location, we absolutely love being over the road from Bucklers Park and walk and run daily round there with the dog and we hardly ever need to use the car with the high street and schools being just round the corner.
As much as I am sad to leave this property, I know it is going to make a great ready made family home for the next owners to being able to love and enjoy as much as we have.

Bucklers Park is just over the road from this property with over a 100 acres of woodland and ponds to explore this is great to have on your doorstep to go for a walk or picnic. Crowthorne High Street and Greenwood Road shops are a short walk from the property so you have everything you need in close distance to your home with shops, places to eat and drink and the library and doctors all here. The property is also located within walking distance of the popular Oaklands infant and Hatch Ride primary schools. In Crowthorne you have the Crowthorne train station gives you access to Wokingham, Reading and Guildford and easy access onto the M3 motorway.

Wow, What a beautiful home! It is immaculately finished throughout you can really see the high quality and standard of works that have gone into this house and the space is great with flexible living space it really is perfect for families. Downstairs is a great open plan entertaining space whilst still offering the separate living room so you get best of both worlds and the Bi-fold doors onto the south west facing garden really finish this off. I love the bathroom with the freestanding copper bath and you also have your shower cubicle in the ensuite. The rooms upstairs are a great size giving you your pick for the master bedroom. The gated driveway parking has space for multiple cars and gives you full security with young children and being literally opposite Bucklers Park is a real selling point for this home meaning you just have to cross the road for a large area to explore and unwind. I really could go on and on about this one!
