From the first time we walked into this house we knew it was a special place and we have all loved living here. We are a family of six, myself and my husband, two children and two dogs! Its quiet, secluded position at the end of a private driveway means you can escape the hustle and bustle; however everything you could possibly need is on your doorstep! Everyone is so friendly, there is a great community and activities close by to cater for all ages.

We always describe this house as great for entertaining as it has great flow and the privacy has meant many fun gatherings of friends and family over the past 9 years. The great attraction for us was also how close we were to wonderful woodland walks. Literally two minutes walk and you are close to a large field which leads into the Coombes. Having two dogs, it was really important we had the space to exercise them freely so this location has been perfect and we and the dogs have made so many friends.

Our children are adults now and have flown the nest so it's time for a new chapter for us. We have absolutely loved making this house our home for the last few years and hope that its new owners will enjoy it as much as we have.

For me this is truly a once in a lifetime house, set back from the main Bearwood Road down its only private drive is this stunning detached family home. I just think its positioned in the most idyllic spot, not only are a few hundred yards away from the Coombes woods which is great for taking the dog for a walk or going for a run, the house itself is positioned neatly between other properties, which you just cant see because of the mature shrubbery and trees. Its just perfect. Wonderful entertaining space, but also your little place of sanctuary. What more could you want?
