Our new mask policy

Our new mask policy

Appointment Mask Policy – From 19th July

From 19th July restrictions are being relaxed in England and as the safety of everyone is very important in this buoyant market we have held a poll:

we have asked the general public their thoughts about wearing masks for viewings and we have also spoken to our Partners and as a result, we will be committing to wearing masks on all viewings. Many of our Vendors are very worried about their vulnerability to COVID-19 and obviously want to stay safe.

Therefore until we are provided with alternative evidence we feel that the right thing to do is to accept the safest option and will be wearing a mask. We also ask that potential purchasers will wear a mask as well to ensure the safety of all.

Rest assured your safety as a potential purchaser, our safety as an agent, and the safety of our seller is of paramount importance.

Should you have any queries with regards to our policy please feel free to contact us.
