The second factor is presentation, and in today’s digital world, that starts online.

The majority of Binfield buyers begin their search on portals. Your home has a matter of seconds to capture their attention as they scroll.

That means your photography and overall presentation are not a luxury. They are essential. Poor quality images, dark rooms, or outdated seasonal photos can quietly damage your chances.
